Each knife is a hand crafted, individually designed item. The aesthetic variations in each piece ensure you are receiving a unique piece that you will treasure for a lifetime (and with good care, possibly well beyond!).
When you purchase a knife, you want to use it right away! We want you to as well, and seek to ship as quickly as possible, we operate from a rural area, and so with in stock items shipping will be within 7-10 business days (if we can ship next day we can and often do!). Extended wait times are required for custom work or if hand made options (leather saya for example) are chosen, please contact us for more information. (Insert link to contact page here)
We want you to love your knife! In the unlikely event of faulty workmanship, we will issue you a refund (upon return and inspection), repair the problem, or replace the piece if it is irreparable. We do warranty materials as well, however we use many natural, organic materials in the construction of our knives (particularly the handles). This helps to ensure each piece is unique, with an individual character that can’t be replicated. This also comes with the chance that the handle will contain a natural flaw that may not present itself until some point in the future. If this becomes an issue, contact us…be it within a year, or ten years! We will always work to fairly resolve these kinds of issues.
Is there another problem? Contact us! We consider non-warranty returns on a case by case basis. We’re also working on a ‘consignment’ return policy, and will update here once it’s in place!
In the event a non-warranty return is accepted, shipping will be at the buyers expense, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
