We want you to as well, and seek to ship as quickly as possible, we operate from a rural area, and so with in stock items shipping will be within 7-10 business days (if we can ship next day we can and often do!). Extended wait times are required for custom work or if hand made options (leather saya for example) are chosen, please contact us for more information. In the unlikely event of faulty workmanship, we will issue you a refund (upon return and inspection), repair the problem, or replace the piece if it is irreparable.\u00a0We do warranty materials as well, however we use many natural, organic materials in the construction of our knives (particularly the handles). This helps to ensure each piece\u00a0is unique, with an individual character that can\u2019t be replicated. This also comes with the chance that the handle will contain a natural flaw that may not present itself until some point in the future. If this becomes an issue, contact us\u2026be it within a year, or ten years! We will always work to fairly resolve these kinds of issues.\u00a0<br \/><br \/>Is there another problem? Contact us!
